As a public authority, the Ministry of District Administration, Tourism & Transport is committed to operating in a fair and independent manner.

Persons wishing to lodge a complaint should do so by following the steps outlined in the Public Transport Unit Internal Complaints Procedure and completing the Public Transport Unit Internal Complaints Form.
